Youth contributors, our next deadline is February29th!

You are the news.
I am the news?  What does that mean?

YOUTH, Greater Bangor’s newest community print publication reaching local youth and their families - where they live, work and play is looking for youth realted content for our next publication - March, 2008.  (Deadline for content is February 29th!)

We are asking you, the soccer mom, proud grandparent, teacher, the karate dad, coach, and group leader to contribute your news, events and pictures!  We’re looking for news about schools, religious organizations, youth sports, youth groups, camps, activities or anything that is  of interest to youth. 

Whether you are a mom that is planning the family activities for the week, a grandparent who is proud to read about their grandchildren, an organization that has a local youth event.... or just a kid that likes to read about their community, their friends and hobbies - this is for you!

Our policy is to accept all content, provided it is relevent material related  to youth in the Greater Bangor area.  Cities include Bangor, Brewer, Veazie, Hampden, Hermon, Holden, Orrington, Old Town, Orono and Eddington.

If you haven’t registered for the youth site (or community site), please do so at the upper right-hand box on this page. We’ll ask you to so we know how to contact you with any questions about your contribution.

Choose what you would like to contribute (article, picture, letter or calendar item).  When you are done adding a title and byline, hit submit and you are done....  Easy!
