Carol F. Gillis, AIA  has joined Design Group
Collaborative, Architecture Design + Planning, located in Ellsworth and
Portland, as principal in charge of the Portland office.  Carol was
previously with SMRT for sixteen years, with experience in healthcare,
education  and housing design.
