I,  like so many people, own a house but only a few of us have to  open up a couple rooms to make ends meet.  I recently  had  one of the people I rent to move out and well he was less then nice about it.  After complaining that  his living standard never went up  and that he paid far too much ( 360 a month everything)   He moved out refusing ot pay full rent.  Now I have in writing that I require 30 days notice and he signed it and  has a copy.  I  am merely inquiring if  anyone else  has any advice for the situation.
