Harmony Labor Day Parade seranaded by Democrat's donkey!
A record number of Democrats turned out to march in the Harmony Labor Day parade on Monday. Candidates Sue Mackey Andrews and Tammy Lockhart were joined by Harley the donkey, (decorated with signage by local artist Wally Warren, and wrangled by farrier Harry Akkermann). More than 50 folks of all ages carried posters for the local and national Democrats for the walk through beautiful downtown Harmony. The Labor day has special meaning for the Democrats, always the party of the working people.
