Attorney Sam Anderson Joins Bernstein Shur

 PORTLAND, ME – Attorney Sam Anderson has joined the Business Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group at Bernstein Shur, one of northern New England’s largest multi-service law firms.

 Anderson will focus his practice on business restructuring, creditors' and debtors' rights, workouts, and Chapter 11 reorganization.

 Before joining Bernstein Shur, Anderson worked for another Portland law firm, as well as Dilworth Paxson LLP in Philadelphia. He has a wide range of experience in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and creditor-debtor rights.

 A Yarmouth resident, Anderson is an honors graduate of the Rutgers University School of Law – Camden, and received his undergraduate degree (cum laude) from the University of New Hampshire. Anderson is also a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy.
