Harvest Home-Coming Concert

Farmington, Maine – Ron & Deb Hodge of New Beginnings Gospel Music Ministries will be holding their first annual “Harvest Home-Coming” concert. On Saturday October 13th, from 6pm – 10pm.The concert will be held at the Merrill Hall / Nordica auditorium on the UMF campus. Merrill Hall is located on Main Street in Farmington. “We decided at the beginning of 2007 that we wanted to have a home-coming concert to say “Thank You” to all of our friends and to all of the churches that have supported us over the past year”. We have seen God move and work in the hearts of many people this past year” Ron Hodge said. Ron also said, “What better way to say thank you than to have a huge celebration, invite all our friends and hold it in our home town”.

          This will be a multi-group concert with some of the finest southern gospel groups in Maine. Scheduled to perform that evening will be New Beginnings, Journey Home, The Campbell’s, and the High Meadow Quartet. “We have sung will these groups before and know that their passion to reach the lost and their excitement when they perform. They will be sure to keep you on the edge of your seat all night long”. Ron said. This will be a concert you won’t want to miss. Along with the great line-up of singers there will be a few surprises. New Beginnings will be releasing their second CD that evening entitled “Justified”. This album is a compilation of 13 heart reaching, thought provoking, and toe tapping songs that will be sure to bless you every time you listen to it. This CD and many others will be on sale the night of the concert. 

Mark your calendars, bring a friend or two, and come and enjoy a great evening of praise, worship, fellowship and even a few laughs. This is a free non-ticketed concert and is open to the public. A love offering will be taken to help support the groups involved.
