The Kasey Lander Memorial Fund

There will be a little bit of Mardi Gras at this years Kasey Fund Dinner Dance. The Sebasticook Valley Community Center, 81 North Street Newport, will be the place to be on February 9th. The 7th annual KLMF dinner dance will begin at 6pm with a social hour, hor devours, and a cash bar. Dinner will be served at 7, featuring your choice of prime rib or baked stuffed haddock. Salad and dessert are included with your meal. Dancing and Karaoke will follow brought to you by D.J. Jeff Beaulieu of Neptune Entertainment.

Along with giving away prizes every hour and an auction item or two, this year we have a mystery prize to give away and you have to be present to win (and I’ve heard it’s a REALLY good one)

Don’t forget our annual basket raffle to be drawn that night. This year we have a Longaberger basket filled with golf items. The basket and Items have a combined value of over $400.

All proceeds from our fund raising efforts go to help in our community. With your help we have been able to give scholarships and help people with medical and other needs. We have donated to the Sebasticook Valley Community Center, the Newport Cultural Center and the helped Newport Women’s Group with their Woman to Child program.
